Social Media Marketing

Your Social Media page is basically a virtual outlet identity, when a user lands on your social media page digitally, it is equivalent to a user coming to your hotel restaurant or cafe.

So we make sure that through our social media page we can give the customer the same or even better experience through the content they watch and the emotions they feel.

And how we do that is by creating content that is aesthetically pleasing, fun and memorable, which speaks for itself, because at the end of the day, the quality of your content and campaigns becomes the parameter on which your brand is judged

The interesting thing is that when we take over your social media, we do everything end-to-end. It’s like a self drive car which will build you a brand & drive you footfall and to do that we have pre-defined SOPs for each process, which are mentioned below.

1. Social Media Marketing

Branding & Marketing

Research & Development of Social Media- about the brand, the product, the field, the direct and indirect competitors

Account Manager- Who handles the entire social media page including postings, stories, updating highlights, looking into the insights and the overall look of the page.

Monthly Report-

This is a detailed report for each month which involves the analysis of the month’s insights, content, reach and engagement. It helps to audit the performance of the content for the entire months and also gives a clear direction to the client and us

Social Media Calendar- We prepare a complete social media calendar for each client with the content which is going to go live on their page each day focusing on the specific things we need to promote for the entire month.

Digital reputation Management- in simple words it’s everything you do to make sure people see your brand the way you want to be seen on the internet. We do that by tracking the reviews, keeping an eye out for google reviews, and a general perspective on the brand.

2. Monthly Strategy

Developing marketing plans and strategies for the SMM- The marketing plan is made after a detailed discussion with the client regarding the targets for the specific month, it sometimes requires a lot of back and forth because strategies are not made just to post things on social media, but to actually create an impact through the content, to bring in sales, to promote the USP of the brand. We aim to build the most creative strategies which also generate leads and add in to the brand’s revenue. A detailed content map is made for each client on the basis of which the strategies are made.

Analysing market trends and competitor activities- As marketers we always need to be on our toes, and always look for the next big thing, be it trends, ideas or just ads, while we plan for the growth of our brands, we also observe and analyse what the market and competitors are doing and how can we stand out.

Identifying target audiences and customer segments- Each brand has a set of target audience. It is a very crucial thing to tap the target audience and keep the focus to them. And in today’s world where numerous generations co-exist with each other from Gen Alpha to Boomers, it is very necessary to have an understanding of the target market and to plan accordingly.

Determining positioning strategies- As a brand you should always be aware of how the market perceives you, majority brands in today’s generation skip this memo and focus on only virality and trend, but we try to achieve that in regards with the brand positioning.

Creating and executing promotional campaigns- We create campaigns that speak for themselves, but creating campaigns is never enough, we get real results only when the campaigns are executed well through shoots, copies, information and creativity.

3. Performance Marketing

Budget Management- The budget allocated by the client is then carefully segregated on different ads focusing on maximum utilisation of the budget. Daily budget is decided for the ad run on the basis of the campaign.

Target Audience Analysis- For each client a set of audience is made which is customized to the needs, the product, and the brand personality. It includes filters like age, gender, interests, location and it requires research on the target audience to set up the boosting audience.

Ad Creatives Optimization- The ad creatives are specially made for the purpose of boosting and the information in them is very crisp and on point to make the conversion rate better.

Ad Placement Strategy- All the ads we run are strategically placed to the right audience, location and the correct positioning, for instance we are working with a brand named Organipaks which is B2B compostable cutlery, for which our target audience is cafe owners who are ready to switch to compostable cutlery, hence we focused on ads which target the issues faced by cafe owners and not regular customers.

ROI Tracking- The ROI is tracked by tracking the analytics of each ad and the money spent on them

Competitor Analysis -  Which basically involves analysing the ads data and finding out which ads work best for the brand which gives us a further direction to create ads which add in to the revenue of the brand.

4. Online & Offline Campaigns

Ideation according to brand personality- Marketing does not only include online marketing but there are also some offline factors involved, and as marketers it is necessary for us to have an understanding for the same, it is a critical aspect to to plan for online and offline campaigns in regards to the brand’s personality.

Keeping the same ideology in mind we planned an offline activity for Siolim in which we had a collaboration with Kickstart community which is a running club and do various events around the town which are filled with energy and young minds.

The event turned out to be a great success, it started with a run followed by breakfast, followed by yoga and ending to an extremely energetic coffee rave. The event gave Siolim the boost it needed and turned out to be a great event in terms of marketing and revenue.

Execution Strategy integrated with calendar- The strategies we make are then integrated into the content calendar, it is very necessary to have a sync between online and the offline strategies.
