Story of Vedant & our association- Atelier V started as a bar with a vision to be in the top 30 bars of the world. Vedant Newatia, the founder of Atelier V is culinary enthusiast who has travelled the entire world to study and experience the culinary culture of the world, from that experience he came back to indore and started Atelier V. from the very start HoC has been in partnership with Atelier V to make this vision a reality.

Bar Takeovers
Atelier V has been doing international bar take overs for a while now, it started with Stir bar from Vietnam and from then we have done 4 international bar takeovers and we have made sure we build up the hype in Indore and bring in people to taste the international flavors
